We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped in 2-3 business days and are shipped by priority mail through the US Postal Service and 7-10 days to other countries. Back ordered will take a little longer. We will notify you if an item is on back order. The shipping and handling charge is $6.00 (first item) we will add $1.00 for each additional item on hairpins and $2.00 for other items.

Note: Dog carriers are the exception. There is a basic charge of $9.00 on these and $6.00 for each additional carrier.


Return Policy
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges up to 30 days from date of purchase. We do not accept returned product that has been soliled or torn . Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchange Policy
We charge shipping and handling on exchanged items.
